Orange Work Suite ("Orange", "we", "our", or "us") provides an iOS productivity app for notes, tasks, calendar planning, and focus sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.

Information we collect

We collect and process information needed to provide the app, including:

• Account information such as email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace content you create in Orange, such as notes, tasks, lists, planning items, and app settings.
• Calendar information you choose to connect through Google Calendar, subject to the permissions you approve.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app.

Google Calendar data

Orange asks for Google Calendar permissions only when you choose to connect Google Calendar. We use Google Calendar data to show selected calendar context inside Orange and to create or manage calendar events requested by you.

Orange may request these Google OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly to list calendars available to your account.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned to access and manage events on calendars you own, when you initiate those actions.

We do not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the app, comply with law, or with your explicit instruction.

Orange's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account.
• To sync and display your Orange workspace data.
• To provide calendar features that you request.
• To send account, verification, security, and support messages.
• To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Service providers

Orange uses service providers such as Firebase and Google Cloud to authenticate users, store app data, and operate app infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable terms.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion or data deletion by contacting support@orangeworksuite.com.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google Calendar access from your Google Account permissions.
• You can stop using connected calendar features at any time.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we design Orange with owner-based access controls and secure authentication flows.

Children

Orange is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
