These Terms of Service govern your use of Orange Work Suite ("Orange", "we", "our", or "us"), an iOS productivity app for personal notes, tasks, calendar planning, and focus sessions.
Using Orange
You may use Orange only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you create, import, connect, or manage through the app.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Connected services
Orange may allow you to connect services such as Google Calendar. You control whether to connect or disconnect those services. Connected services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, sync, process, and display your content so we can provide Orange to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Orange to violate the law or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Do not upload malicious code or use automated access in a way that harms the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Orange. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Orange is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Work Suite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Orange at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk for users, the service, or third parties.
